What data we process
The data you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. Requests sent through the form reach us by email and are stored in the private area of the website, which only we can access.
Why we process it
To answer your request, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request. If the request leads to a job, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by Italian tax and civil law.
Who can access it
BL Impianti Elettrici staff who handle requests, and our email and hosting providers, appointed as data processors. Your data is never published or shared with anyone else.
Third-party services
The fonts are hosted on our own server, not loaded from Google Fonts. The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps in a new tab only if you click it; from then on Google’s privacy policy applies. The website does not use profiling cookies.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@blimpiantielettrici.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
